Creditor Representation

• Bankruptcy - Creditor representation in bankruptcy including the defense of preference actions, motions for relief from stay, defense of lien avoidance actions, adversary proceedings to determine the dischargeability of debts, proofs of claim, and actions for the benefit of both secured and unsecured creditors (see bankruptcy)

Post-Judgment Collection including the following:

• Writ of Garnishment – most often used to attach wages and bank accounts. Judgment creditors can obtain a garnishment of wages after judgment for 10% to 25% of the debtor’s wages
• Writ of Execution – used to levy on the debtor’s property to satisfy the debt
• Investigation, property, and employment location
• Enforcement of domestic obligations including property division, child support, and maintenance
